This indicator is soybean crush data released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The USDA's monthly oilseed crush report includes: oilseed crush, production, consumption, and inventories. Current agricultural and industrial reports include: monthly crude oil crushings and production in selected states and the U.S., production and consumption of specific oilseed products for edible and non-edible uses in the U.S., and selected oilseed inventories at the end of the month. This data begins in May 2015, but since October 2015, updates have been scheduled for the first week of each month, publishing data from two months prior.
