Just two weeks after dodging an antitrust lawsuit that could have led to a business split, Google is fully integrating its Gemini artificial intelligence model into the Chrome browser. Google said that starting this Thursday, Chrome users in the United States will be able to use Gemini. The AI model has the ability to interpret visited web pages at user request, integrate information from multiple tabs, and even restore previously closed websites. Google will also integrate Gemini in Chrome with other Google applications (such as Calendar, YouTube and Maps). Previously, a US court ruled that Google did not need to divest the Chrome browser.
