[Ministry of Commerce and Nine Other Departments: Implementing Preferential Tax and Fee Policies] The Ministry of Commerce and nine other departments issued a notice on September 19th regarding further efforts to expand and upgrade the "15-minute convenient living zone" in cities. The notice proposes implementing preferential tax and fee policies. For eligible small and micro businesses and individual businesses, preferential tax and fee policies will be implemented in accordance with regulations. Elder care, childcare, and elderly dining service institutions will implement residential pricing policies for electricity, water, gas, and heating. Localities with conditions are encouraged to implement residential pricing for water, electricity, and other charges at community domestic service outlets. (Ministry of Commerce)
