[Ukraine's grain harvest is progressing steadily, with wheat accounting for nearly 70%] ⑴ Data from the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy on Friday showed that as of October 10, the 2025 grain harvest had reached 33.03 million tons. ⑵ 22.62 million tons of wheat were harvested, accounting for 68.5% of the total harvest, becoming the most important food crop. ⑶ Barley production reached 5.31 million tons, corn harvested 3.45 million tons, and small varieties of crops such as peas harvested 630,000 tons. ⑷ Among oil crops, 6.35 million tons of sunflower seeds, 3.31 million tons of rapeseed, and 2.77 million tons of soybeans were harvested. ⑸ Sugar beet production reached 3.44 million tons, providing sufficient raw materials for sugar processing. ⑹ The official maintained the annual grain production target of 56 million tons, which is the same as the actual harvest in 2024.
