RMB SHIBOR (Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate): As of October 28, 2025, three periods saw a decrease, three periods saw an increase, and two periods remained unchanged. The overnight Shibor was at 1.469%, up 2.7 basis points. The two-week RMB SHIBOR saw the largest change among all periods, increasing by 4.9 basis points. The two-week Shibor was at 1.647%, up 4.9 basis points. The one-month Shibor was at 1.557%, unchanged. The three-month Shibor was at 1.599%, up 0.4 basis points. The six-month Shibor was at 1.642%, unchanged. The nine-month Shibor was at 1.66%, down 0.2 basis points. The one-year Shibor rate was 1.678%, down 0.2 basis points.
