Ukraine's DTEK Energy Group reported on the 29th that Russian troops attacked one of its energy facilities in the Odessa region, causing severe damage. The report stated that energy workers, in areas where technically feasible, connected critical infrastructure and residential buildings to backup power lines, restoring power to approximately 7,000 households. Currently, about 26,900 households remain without power. Oleg Kipel, the Odessa region's military and political leader, stated that the Russian attack injured one person that day. (CCTV News)
