[French Producer Prices Fall 0.2% Month-on-Month in September] ⑴ French domestic producer prices fell 0.2% month-on-month in September 2025, unchanged from the previous month. ⑵ Mining, quarrying, energy, and water supply costs fell 0.8%, a larger decline than the previous month. ⑶ Finished goods prices rose 0.1% month-on-month, compared to a 0.3% decrease in the previous month. ⑷ Food, beverage, and tobacco prices rose slightly by 0.2%, while electrical and electronic equipment prices rebounded by 0.1%. ⑸ Coke and refined petroleum product prices rebounded significantly, rising 2.8% month-on-month. ⑹ Transport equipment prices were basically flat, while year-on-year producer prices rose slightly by 0.1%. ⑺ Moderate increases in finished goods prices provided support.
