On October 31 local time, Turkish Foreign Minister Fedan stated that the foreign ministers of eight countries, including Turkey, plan to meet in Istanbul on November 3 to discuss advancing the Gaza peace plan, consult on the current ceasefire situation in the Gaza Strip, and possible joint actions for the next stage. Fedan pointed out that this meeting is a continuation of a multilateral dialogue held in New York in September this year, when the heads of state or government of Turkey, Indonesia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Pakistan, and Egypt met with US President Trump to exchange views on the situation in Gaza.
