[National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration Holds Expert Symposium on the 15th Five-Year Plan for Grain] On November 1st, the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration held an expert symposium on the 15th Five-Year Plan for grain. Liu Huanxin, member of the Party Leadership Group of the National Development and Reform Commission and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. The experts, in light of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, conducted in-depth discussions on major issues concerning the external environment, supply and demand situation, development goals, and main tasks of the grain sector during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions.
