On the evening of November 1st local time, the Grand Egyptian Museum held a grand opening ceremony, attended by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and delegations from more than 70 countries, regions, and international organizations. Located near the famous Giza Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum boasts nearly 500,000 square meters of exhibition space and a collection of over 100,000 artifacts, showcasing a vast array of precious artifacts from prehistoric times to the Roman period. Its treasures include over 5,000 complete artifacts related to Pharaoh Tutankhamun and the solar boat, a funerary object belonging to Pharaoh Khufu.
