[Sichuan Gold Obtains Mining and Exploration Licenses] ⑴ Sichuan Gold announced that it recently obtained a Mining License for the Wajingou section of the Suoluogou Gold Mine area from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Natural Resources. ⑵ License number C5100002025064110158471, with a production scale of 60,000 tons per year, valid until June 5, 2036. ⑶ Simultaneously, it completed the renewal registration for exploration of the Suoluo-Wajingou Gold Mine in Muli County, Sichuan Province, with an exploration area of 19.66 square kilometers, valid until October 23, 2030. ⑷ The company stated that this matter will not have a significant impact on its current operating results, and the actual mining results are uncertain.
