[China Classification Society and BYD Lithium Battery signed a cooperation agreement to jointly promote the development of battery-powered ships] ⑴ China Classification Society Wuhan Standards Research Institute and BYD Lithium Battery signed a cooperation framework agreement in Shenzhen. ⑵ The two sides exchanged views on the clean transformation of ship power and believed that battery-powered ships are the core carrier of green water transportation development. ⑶ The cooperation will focus on the construction of battery thermal safety laboratories, the research and development of new power batteries, safety testing and verification, and the improvement of specifications and standards. ⑷ Focus on promoting the construction of shore-based charging and swapping, the development of intelligent monitoring systems, and the formulation of technical standards such as battery ship safety testing and certification.
