[The State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters launches a level 4 emergency response for flood control and typhoon prevention in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang] At 14:00 on July 28, the center of this year's No. 8 typhoon "Bamboo Grass" (tropical storm level) was located on the ocean about 700 kilometers east-southeast of Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The maximum wind force near the center was level 8. It is expected that "Bamboo Grass" will enter the East China Sea in a northwesterly direction and slowly increase in intensity.
