[Shanghai launches "12 AI policies" to issue 1 billion yuan computing power model corpus coupons] ⑴ Shanghai issued "Several Measures to Further Expand the Application of Artificial Intelligence", launching 12 support policies, including issuing 600 million yuan computing power coupons, 300 million yuan model coupons and 100 million yuan corpus coupons. ⑵ Provide a maximum of 30% rental subsidy for renting intelligent computing power, and a maximum of 5 million yuan subsidy for large model applications. ⑶ Establish an initial 3 billion yuan artificial intelligence CVC fund to support the development of the three elements of models, corpus and computing power. ⑷ Build an artificial intelligence town and provide up to 50 million yuan in support for cutting-edge technology innovation projects. ⑸ As of the first quarter of 2025, there were 394 artificial intelligence companies above the designated size in Shanghai, with revenue exceeding 118 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29%.
