Guosen Securities announced that the company intends to purchase 96.08% of Wanhe Securities' shares held by Shenzhen Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Kunpeng Equity Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Industry Group Co., Ltd., etc. by issuing A-shares, with a transaction price of 5.192 billion yuan. The issue price was adjusted from 8.6 yuan per share to 8.25 yuan per share. In addition, considering the adjustment of dividends in 2024, the number of shares issued was adjusted from 604 million shares to 629 million shares, accounting for 6.14% of the total share capital of Guosen Securities after the issuance.
