For flood prevention of the Chaobai River, it is necessary to pay close attention to important risk points such as the embankments and densely populated areas along the downstream of the Miyun Reservoir, take targeted defense measures in advance, and ensure that important transportation infrastructure such as the cross-river railway downstream of the reservoir is not impacted. For flood prevention of the Beihe River, according to the discharge flow and process of the reservoir, make full use of the digital twin platform to deduce the flood risk area of the river downstream of the reservoir in advance; ensure that important transportation infrastructure such as the cross-river railway downstream of the reservoir is not impacted. To prevent the Luanhe River flood, we must accurately grasp the total amount of flood water and flood peaks, jointly coordinate the flood control operations of the Panjiakou and Daheting reservoirs, and evacuate people from dangerous areas in the reservoir area in advance.
