Planned Parenthood warned that the tax and spending bill recently signed by President Trump will have a "catastrophic" impact on nearly 600 of its medical centers across the United States, including nearly 200 institutions in 24 states at risk of closure. Alexis McGill Johnson, president of the association, stated: "We will continue to fight this cruel law to ensure that all insured people have access to critical medical services such as contraception, STD testing and treatment, and cancer screening."
