It fell significantly when European stocks opened, hitting a daily low of 4.4660%, and rebounded after about three hours of continuous volatility; the yield on the two-year U.S. Treasury bond rose by 0.45 basis points to 3.9277%; the 2/10-year U.S. Treasury bond yield spread rose by 2.162 basis points to +48.198 basis points.
