International oil prices rose on the 28th. As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for September delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by US$1.55 to close at US$66.71 per barrel, an increase of 2.38%; the price of London Brent crude oil futures for September delivery rose by US$1.60 to close at US$70.04 per barrel, an increase of 2.34%.
