Specifically, first, the coverage has been comprehensively expanded. The policy includes all infants under 3 years old in the subsidy scope, with an annual subsidy of approximately 100 billion yuan, which is guaranteed by the central government. Second, subsequent differentiated local subsidies are worth looking forward to. The plan gives provinces with strong financial strength and large population inflows greater autonomy, and encourages them to increase subsidies based on local needs.
