Overview of the Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (CNY HIBOR) and its changes: According to Huitong Finance, as of July 29, 2025, most CNY HIBOR rates have declined across all periods (as shown in the table, eight periods have seen a decline). The largest change was in the overnight CNY HIBOR rate, which fell by 32 basis points. As shown in the updated data chart, the overnight onshore CNY HIBOR was at 1.53%, down 32 basis points; the one-week rate was at 1.64%, down 3 basis points; the two-week rate was at 1.64%, down 2 basis points; the one-month rate was at 1.68%, down 2 basis points; the two-month rate was at 1.73%, down 2 basis points; the three-month rate was at 1.73%, down 2 basis points; the six-month rate was at 1.79%, up 1 basis point; the nine-month rate was at 1.81%, down 1 basis point; and the one-year onshore CNY HIBOR was at 1.84%, down 1 basis point.
