The current yield of SF2 is 40-50%, which is lower than TSMC's N2 process of more than 70% and Intel's 18A of 50-55%. SF2 uses GAA (surround gate transistor) technology similar to SF3, which is conducive to mass production, but it is still difficult to predict whether the AI6 chip with SF2 process can be mass-produced as scheduled.
