[Norway's retail sales stagnated month-on-month in June] ⑴Norway's retail sales in June 2025 showed zero growth month-on-month, and the previous value was revised to a growth of 0.1%. ⑵Sub-item data showed that the main drags were a 0.6% drop in ICT equipment sales (previous value -6.2%), a 0.2% drop in other household goods (previous value +3.0%), a 0.5% drop in food and beverages (previous value +1.0%), and a 1.2% drop in other goods (previous value +0.2%). ⑶The above declines were partially offset by a 4.4% increase in non-store sales (previous value -2.4%) and a 0.9% increase in automotive fuel (previous value -1.7%). ⑷Year-on-year, retail sales in June increased by 4.3%, a significant improvement from the revised 0.1% drop in May.
