[The main contract of soda ash futures closed down 3.58%, and the net short position of the top 20 seats exceeded 120,000 lots] ⑴ At the close of July 29, the main contract of soda ash futures 2509 fell 3.58%, with a trading volume of 2.3899 million lots. Position data showed that the net short position of the top 20 seats reached 123,101 lots. ⑵ In terms of all contracts, a total of 3.6155 million lots of soda ash futures were traded, a decrease of 1.7442 million lots from the previous trading day. ⑶ The long position of the top 20 seats was 1.0082 million lots, a decrease of 3,946 lots from the previous day; the short position was 1.2856 million lots, a decrease of 2,740 lots from the previous day. ⑷ The market position structure shows that both long and short sides reduced their positions slightly, and the net short difference narrowed slightly month-on-month.
