According to the latest data from the Thai government and military on the 29th local time, the Thai-Cambodian border conflict has resulted in 30 Thai deaths, including 15 civilians and 15 soldiers. Cambodia and Thailand began clashing in the border area on the 24th, with each side accusing the other of violating international law. Under the chairmanship of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Cambodia and Thailand held talks on the 28th and agreed to an "immediate and unconditional" ceasefire starting at midnight that day, ending the border conflict that had lasted for several days. The Thai Army and Cambodian Ministry of Defense separately confirmed on the 29th that military commanders from the two countries held talks in the border area to implement the ceasefire agreement.
