Promote communication and low-altitude flight service operators to jointly carry out on-site low-altitude communication technology tests in complex scenarios, and iteratively upgrade low-altitude communication technology. In combination with the needs of maritime transportation safety supervision, maritime emergency rescue, maritime border security control, etc., promote the research and development of key technologies for low-altitude communications at sea, establish and improve low-altitude communication networks at sea, and achieve continuous coverage of maritime routes.
