Southbound funds net bought HK$13.1 billion of Hong Kong stocks in a single day. ⑴ Southbound funds net bought HK$13.126 billion of Hong Kong stocks on July 31st, primarily purchasing TraHK (HK$2.405 billion), Hang Seng China Enterprises (HK$1.782 billion), Meituan-W (HK$1.398 billion), Kuaishou-W (HK$1.383 billion), and Alibaba-W (HK$1.043 billion). ⑵ In terms of net selling, Laopu Gold (HK$278 million) and CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (HK$113 million) saw reductions. Southbound funds net bought Tencent for six consecutive days, totaling HK$2.706 billion, and net bought Alibaba (HK$2.673 billion) and Xiaomi (HK$3.036 billion) for five consecutive days.
