Overview of the Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (CNY HIBOR) and its changes: According to Huitong Finance, the interest rate changes of each period of CNY HIBOR on August 1, 2025 are shown in the table: the interest rate of 1 period increased, the interest rate of 5 periods decreased, and the interest rate of 3 periods remained unchanged. Among them, the largest change was the 2-week interest rate of CNY hibor: a decrease of 19 basis points. As the updated data in the figure shows, the overnight onshore RMB HIBOR was reported at 1.08%, up 11 basis points; 1 week was reported at 1.28%, down 18 basis points, 2 weeks was reported at 1.33%, down 19 basis points, 1 month was reported at 1.59%, down 3 basis points, 2 months was reported at 1.65%, down 3 basis points, 3 months was reported at 1.72%, down 1 basis point, 6 months was reported at 1.79%, unchanged, 9 months was reported at 1.80%, unchanged, and 1-year onshore RMB HIBOR was reported at 1.82%, unchanged.
