[An optimized version of the 12306 railway student ticket reservation service has been launched today] Starting August 1st, the 12306 railway app will continue to offer a student ticket reservation service. According to the "China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. Railway Passenger Transport Regulations," eligible current and incoming students can purchase tickets through this service. Eligible student passengers can submit reservation requests between the 20th and 17th days before departure. A single account can submit up to three simultaneous orders, each for five "train number + seat class" combinations covering one travel date. Available seat options include hard seats, hard sleepers, and second-class seats, all available for student discount tickets. (CCTV News)
