According to observations, the volcanic ash column reached a maximum of 10,000 meters and lasted for 220 seconds. The volcano is located on Flores Island, a famous tourist destination in Indonesia. It has a dual volcanic structure and an altitude of 1,584-1,703 meters. It has been active recently. Japanese media reported that the Japan Meteorological Agency is investigating whether this volcanic eruption will trigger a tsunami.
