At the end of trading in New York on Friday (August 1), the ICE Dollar Index fell 0.92% to 99.051 points on the non-farm payrolls day, but still rose 1.44% this week, with the overall trading range of 97.492 - 100.257 points. It continued to fluctuate upward before the release of the U.S. non-farm payrolls report and plunged sharply after the data was released; the Bloomberg Dollar Index fell 0.71% to 1213.03 points, and rose 1.21% this week, with the overall trading range of 1196.82 - 1224.64 points.
