ASEAN Temporary Observer Group Inspects Conflict Area on Cambodia-Thailand Border: Cambodian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Maly Sok Kitta said at a press conference on July 2 that the ASEAN Temporary Observer Group inspected the conflict area on July 31. Maly Sok Kitta said the group's members include the military attaché of Malaysia, the current ASEAN chair, to Cambodia; the assistant military attaché of Vietnam; and the assistant military attaché of the Philippines. She also stated that Cambodia stands ready to cooperate with the Malaysian-led observation group to monitor the implementation of the ceasefire agreement. (Xinhua News Agency)
