[Turkey's National Grain Authority Temporarily Purchases 18,000 Tons of Sunflower Oil] (1) The Turkish National Grain Authority (TMO) temporarily purchased approximately 18,000 tons of crude sunflower oil in an international tender. (2) 6,000 tons of this amount were sold at $1,256 per ton, C&F, for delivery to the port of Tekirdag. (3) Another 12,000 tons were sold at $1,253.80 per ton, C&F, for delivery to the ports of İskenderun and Mersin. (4) Trading company Aston was the seller in all transactions. (5) The TMO tender is a temporary transaction, subject to subsequent confirmation and subject to quantity adjustment or cancellation. (6) The required delivery period is between October 1 and October 31. (7) Traders stated that the relevant report is a preliminary assessment, and prices and quantities may be further estimated later.
