Ukraine claims to have attacked Russia's largest Baltic oil port. The Ukrainian state news agency reported on the 12th, citing a source from the Ukrainian State Security Service, that the service launched a drone attack early that morning against Primorsk, Russia's largest Baltic oil port and the terminus of Russia's Baltic Sea oil pipeline system. The report said the attack caused fires on a transport ship and an oil pumping station in Primorsk, forcing the suspension of oil shipments from the port.
