[my country's first normative document for international social organizations released] The Ministry of Civil Affairs today released the "Model Text of the Articles of Association of International Social Organizations (Trial Implementation)", which provides a model for the formulation and revision of articles of association for international social organizations registered in my country. This is my country's first normative document for the management of international social organizations. The "Model Text of the Articles of Association of International Social Organizations (Trial Implementation)" clearly states that international social organizations should adhere to their international nature in their operations and must not deviate from their positioning of promoting international cooperation and international exchanges in terms of their purpose, scope of business, and membership composition. In terms of membership composition, members can be widely recruited in the relevant fields, and qualified foreign members are required to account for no less than 1/3 of the total number of members in principle, and at least one foreign language must be selected as a working language.
