According to CCTV International News, Morgan Stanley Chief Economist Seth Carpenter said in an interview with Germany's Handelsblatt on September 13 that US economic growth is slowing significantly, and US tariff policy is an important influencing factor, and its consequences will continue to appear in the coming months.
