J Sainsbury Plc., Britain's second-largest supermarket chain, has suspended talks with JD.com about selling its Argos business, saying the terms and commitments offered by JD.com were "inconsistent with the best interests" of shareholders and the wider community. A day earlier, the company had said JD.com could drive growth at Argos.
