National Bureau of Statistics: In August, the growth rate of industrial wind power above designated size accelerated, the decline in hydropower widened, and the growth rates of thermal power, nuclear power, and solar power generation slowed down. Among them, industrial thermal power above designated size increased by 1.7% year-on-year, a slowdown of 2.6 percentage points from July; industrial hydropower above designated size decreased by 10.1%, a decrease that widened by 0.3 percentage points from July; industrial nuclear power above designated size increased by 5.9%, a slowdown of 2.4 percentage points from July; industrial wind power above designated size increased by 20.2%, a speedup of 14.7 percentage points from July; and industrial solar power generation above designated size increased by 15.9%, a slowdown of 12.8 percentage points from July.
