[Merck's Letermovir Tablets (II) Approved in China] Merck announced that its new non-nucleoside cytomegalovirus (CMV) inhibitor, Premin®, a new dosage form - Letermovir Tablets (II) has been approved by the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for the prevention of cytomegalovirus infection and cytomegalovirus disease in adults and pediatric recipients aged 6 months and above and weighing ≥6 kg who are serologically positive for cytomegalovirus (CMV) undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) [R+].
