[Huawei Xu Zhijun: Ascend 950PR chip will be launched in Q1 next year] At the Huawei Connect 2025 Conference, Huawei's rotating chairman Xu Zhijun said that computing power has been and will continue to be the key to artificial intelligence, and even more so the key to China's artificial intelligence. He shared the follow-up plan for the Ascend chip. It is expected that the Ascend 950PR chip will be launched in the first quarter of 2026, the Ascend 950DT will be launched in the fourth quarter, the Ascend 960 chip will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2027, and the Ascend 970 chip will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2028.
