[National Energy Administration Releases August National Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Data] On September 18, the National Energy Administration released August data on electric vehicle charging facilities nationwide. By the end of August 2025, the total number of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (pile) in my country reached 17.348 million, a year-on-year increase of 53.5%. Of these, 4.316 million were public charging facilities, a year-on-year increase of 37.8%. The total rated power of public charging piles reached 196 million kilowatts, with an average power of approximately 45.48 kilowatts. There were 13.032 million private charging facilities, a year-on-year increase of 59.6%, and the registered power capacity of private charging facilities reached 115 million kilowatts.
