Typhoon Migina, the 17th typhoon of the year, is expected to form and approach the Guangdong coast. According to the Central Meteorological Observatory, a tropical depression in the South China Sea is expected to strengthen into Typhoon Migina, the 17th typhoon of the year, today (September 18th). It will gradually approach the coast of central and eastern Guangdong. Under its influence, strong winds and rain will also be seen in coastal areas of southern China, including Fujian, Guangdong, and Guangxi. (CCTV News)
