On September 18th, local time, Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz announced during a visit to Kyiv that the Polish and Ukrainian Defense Ministries would sign a cooperation agreement covering skills training in areas such as drone operation. That morning, Kosiniak-Kamysz visited Kyiv and planned to hold talks with Ukrainian Defense Minister Šmygal. He stated that the inter-ministerial cooperation agreement to be signed would focus on drone operation training.
