The Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) announced that, after careful consideration, it has decided to adjust the price limits and trading limits for pulp and offset printing paper futures contracts to 5% starting at the close of trading on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The margin for hedging positions will be adjusted to 6%, and the margin for general positions will be adjusted to 7%. Adjustments will be made to the aforementioned margin ratios and price limits in the event of circumstances specified in Article 13 of the "Shanghai Futures Exchange Risk Control Management Measures." Other matters regarding trading margin and price limits will be governed by the "Shanghai Futures Exchange Risk Control Management Measures."
