The Hamas authorities issued a statement saying that Israel had violated the Sharm el-Sheikh Agreement. Since the first day of the ceasefire, the Israeli occupation authorities have deliberately violated the agreement, committed numerous crimes against civilians and carried out serious violations. The relevant violations have been documented and submitted to the mediator along with photos, reports and solid evidence. The violations include: first, the killing and attacking of civilians. The occupying forces deliberately targeted civilians and opened fire in areas where civilians were allowed to pass. As of the time of the statement (2:30 pm), 46 civilians had been killed and 132 injured. Half of the dead and injured were children, women and the elderly. Among them, 7 children and 2 women from Abu Shaban's family were completely killed. This is a continuation of the policy of aggression and terrorism and an attempt to undermine the agreement; second, the occupying forces' activities exceeded the "yellow line" stipulated in the agreement. They continued to exercise fire control in the area within 600 to 1,500 meters south, east and north of the Gaza Strip along the temporary withdrawal line ("yellow line"), and prevented civilians from returning to their homes by firing artillery, quadcopters, and military vehicles and cranes used for surveillance. The target area covered an area of 45 square meters. square kilometers, and military vehicles continued to advance into the area, blatantly violating the temporary withdrawal line regulations; third, it failed to comply with the humanitarian agreement and prevented a lot of food from entering Syria. The agreement stipulated that according to the understanding reached on January 19, 2025, a large and sufficient amount of humanitarian aid and food aid would enter Syria, but the occupying forces failed to comply with the regulations and took infringing measures, including preventing the entry of a variety of basic items such as meat, eggs, chicken, and live animals. The amount of fuel and cooking gas entering Gaza was very limited. In nine days, only three natural gas trucks and 29 refueling trucks were allowed to enter Gaza, accounting for only 7.1% of the 50 refueling trucks per day stipulated in the agreement. The Qikim crossing point was closed to facilitate the entry of Jordanian aid materials, and the entry of agricultural seeds, feed, fertilizers, solar panels, etc. necessary for agricultural production was prohibited.
