International oil prices fell on the 28th. As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for December delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by $1.16 to close at $60.15 per barrel, a drop of 1.89%; the price of London Brent crude oil futures for December delivery fell by $1.22 to close at $64.40 per barrel, a drop of 1.86%.
