[Ministry of Finance: State-owned Enterprises' Total Operating Revenue Up 0.9% Year-on-Year in January-September, Total Profits Down 1.6% Year-on-Year] The Ministry of Finance released data on the economic performance of state-owned and state-controlled enterprises nationwide from January to September 2025. The data shows that from January to September, the total operating revenue of state-owned enterprises reached 61,329.05 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.9%; total profits reached 3,167.03 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.6%; and taxes and fees payable by state-owned enterprises reached 4,414.54 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.5%. At the end of September, the asset-liability ratio of state-owned enterprises was 65.2%, an increase of 0.2 percentage points year-on-year.
