[Beijing Stock Exchange Chairman Lu Songbin: Enhancing the Adaptability and Precision of the Listing Review System] At the 2025 Financial Street Forum Annual Meeting, Lu Songbin, Chairman of the Beijing Stock Exchange, stated that the exchange will continue to study and optimize its listing standards system, enhance the adaptability and precision of the listing review system, continuously improve the M&A and restructuring tools, guide financial resources towards key core technology fields, support the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and better serve the development of new productive forces. Furthermore, the exchange will enrich its bond market product system, promote the normalized issuance of government bonds, expand the functions of the credit bond market, launch more bond varieties to implement national strategies, and promote the implementation of more typical cases of special bonds such as science and technology innovation bonds and green bonds.
