The notice states that by 2027, a full-coverage, highly efficient, and seamless metropolitan area millisecond-level computing network capability system will be basically established. This will provide millisecond-level computing resource network access capabilities within the metropolitan area, specifically achieving millisecond-level interconnection (<1 millisecond) for computing centers to infrastructure, millisecond-level access to computing resources (<1 millisecond) for key locations, and millisecond-level accessibility for computing applications to application terminals (network latency <10 milliseconds).
