[Montenegro's Retail Sales Growth Slows in Q3] ⑴ Retail sales in Montenegro increased by 2.4% year-on-year in the third quarter, a slowdown from the revised 4.8% growth in the second quarter. ⑵ On a seasonally adjusted basis, retail trade in the three months ending in September increased by 18.6% month-on-month, compared to a revised 26% growth in the previous quarter. ⑶ At current prices, retail sales in the July-September period increased by 6.8% year-on-year and 19.9% month-on-month. ⑷ At current prices, retail sales of motor vehicle fuel in the third quarter of 2025 decreased by 1.6% year-on-year. ⑸ Food retail sales increased by 6.6% year-on-year, while sales of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals increased by 7.0%. ⑹ Other non-food retail sales increased by 8.2% year-on-year.
